Products and Orders
We offer ready-to-ship enamel pins and custom pin manufacturing services.
Product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or material characteristics.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, or other reasonable operational issue.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
Full payment may be required before an order is processed or produced.
Payments are processed through available third-party payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Custom Pin Orders
Custom pin orders are produced according to the artwork, specifications, quantities, finishes, colors, sizes, and other details approved by the customer.
A digital proof may be provided before production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, artwork, dimensions, colors, and other details before approving the proof.
Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Minor differences between digital proofs and finished products may occur because of manufacturing processes, materials, plating, enamel colors, and screen display differences.
Customer-Submitted Artwork
You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, characters, designs, or other materials you submit to us.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted materials do not violate the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse custom projects that we reasonably believe may violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping method, and order type.
Ready-to-ship and custom orders may have different processing times.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.
If an order cannot be shipped within the expected or promised timeframe, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

Custom-made products may have different return and cancellation conditions than ready-to-ship products.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
