Custom Orders

Because custom pins are made specifically according to your approved artwork, size, colors, quantity, finish, and other specifications, custom-made products are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error.

If there is a problem with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please provide:

Your order number
Photos or videos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or another reasonable solution.

Ready-Made Products

For eligible ready-made products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery before returning any item.

Returned items must be:

Unused
In original condition
In original packaging

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Custom orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins.

Once the artwork has been approved and production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
